  • Share lead details (customer name, phone, email, Eircode, and project details) with a maximum of 5 professionals who cover the relevant area
  • Process subscription payments via our payment processor, Stripe
  • Send transactional emails (lead notifications, account updates, payment confirmations)
  • Send marketing communications where you have opted in
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve the Platform
  • Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

6.1 Lead Sharing

When a customer submits a job request, their contact details and project information are shared with up to 5 professionals who have active subscriptions and cover the relevant service and county. This sharing is essential to the core function of the Platform.

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete such data promptly.
